hello,being a person who tries to look after my health i am a little disapointed to find my blood pressure even with treatment,asprins ,statins ,gym visits 2/3 times per week to double the heart rate,a low fat/salt diet,no shellfish still averages 145/75/65 and varies little,where do i go next please ??p.s. i’m 68 years and 83kgs.the only thing i have’nt done is to up the nut intake.
