Joint pains and blood pressure problems

Hello again - welcome back to The Pressure Point. Don't forget that you can ask your own questions and see it appear on the site - just use the button top left and follow the instructions. Thanks for visiting .... !
Can anyone tell me what the connection is between joint pains and blood pressure problems? Could it be my medication - or will high blood pressure cause my pains all on its own?
Ever since I found I had BP problems I’ve noticed pains in my joints and muscles. They are often worse in the evening but can also happen at other times. Sometimes I get cramps in my legs at night - but not every night.
I checked for this online and some articles say that it might be due to my meds - others blame salt in my diet or just the blood pressure problems themselves.
I also feel fatigued and low in mood most of the time. Help … anyone ?
